Amherst Defeats Smith
Published December 12, 2005 by Western Mass Squash | ArticlesNorthampton, MA — On Monday, Amherst College took on Western Mass foe Smith College. Although the individual match scores appear lopsided, the players exchanged many good points. In the end, Amherst won by a score of 9-0.
Amherst College heads into the semester break with an overall record of 3-1. The Jeffs will return to action on January 11th against Bowdoin.
Smith College’s next match is January 13th at the Amherst Invitational. The Pioneers are 0-6 going into the semester break.
