Women’s Rankings: MHC Gains 5 Spots

Western Mass — The women’s college team rankings for January were published today. Mount Holyoke College rose from number 21 in pre-season poll to number 16. This is the Lyon’s highest ranking in recent memory.
The other Western Mass teams fell in the latest rankings. Williams College (number eight) and Smith College (number thirty) each dropped one spot, while Amherst College dropped from 19th to 22nd in the country.
