2008 Women’s National Team Championships (Howe Cup)

Western Mass — Today, the College Squash Association published the draws for the 2008 Women’s National Team Championships (Howe Cup) at Princeton University. Among the 38 teams competing on February 22nd – 24th are Amherst, Mount Holyoke, Smith, and Williams.

The majority of Western Mass squads will be competing for the Kurtz Cup (B draw). On Friday at 5 PM, ninth-seeded Williams will face sixteenth-seeded Amherst in the opening round of the tournament. Also at 5 PM, eleventh-seeded Mount Holyoke will face fourteenth-seeded Colby.

Smith will compete in the Epps Cups (D draw). The thirty-second seeded team will face twenty-fourth seeded Wesleyan at 9:30 AM on Friday morning.
