Amherst Loses to Trinity, but defeats Tufts

Amherst, MA — This week, Amherst College’s squash teams lost to Trinity College on Tuesday, but rebounded by defeating Tufts University on Thursday.

The men’s team lost 9-0 to the 10-time national champions, Trinity. At the number six position, Tim Rapisarda won the most points, 14, of any of the Lord Jeffs’ players. The women’s team also lost 9-0. Amherst’s Allie Dalglish won 12 points, while Hayley Milbourn and Melissa Moulton each won 11 points in their matches.

The Lord Jeffs rebounded by defeating Tufts.  The women’s team only need a half an hour to clinch the win.
