Western Mass — For Western Mass prep schools, the squash season began on December 3rd.  This season, the New England Interscholastic Squash Association (NEISA) has adopted Point-A-Rally (PAR) scoring to 11.

Prior to the semester break, the Deerfield boys’ team earned three team victories, the Deerfield girls’ team earned two  victories, and the boys’ teams from Berkshire and Williston Northampton each earned one victory. The girls from Berkshire and Williston Northampton will seek their first wins in January.

St. Mark’s @ Williston Northampton (B), 7-0
Williston Northampton (G) @ Loomis, 1-6

Friday, December 12th:
Millbrook @ Berkshire (B), postponed
Williston Northampton (B) @ Kent, 7-0

Saturday, December 13th:
Berkshire (B) @ Hotchkiss, 6-1
St. Mark’s @ Williston Northampton (G), 0-7
Berkshire (G) @ Miss Porter’s, 2-5
Deerfield (G) @ Groton Invitational, 4th place

Monday, December 15th:
Loomis @ Deerfield (G), 0-7

Wednesday, December 17th:
Deerfield (B) @ Loomis, 7-0
Deerfield (G) @ Groton, 6-1
