Amherst Goes 1-1 on the Weekend

Geneva and Ithaca, NY — Over the weekend,  Amherst’s men escaped the Pioneer Valley while the Smith/Mount Holyoke Invitational was in full swing.

On Friday in Ithaca, Amherst faced the the fourth-ranked Cornell Big Red.  The Lord Jeffs lost by a score of 9-0.

Against Hobart, Amherst rebounded.  They beat the Statesman by a score of 7-2.
